Game Day and Practice Expectations

Be dressed and ready at least (15) minutes prior to league games or practices...rink time is always at a premium...games and practices will start on time
Be at the rink 1 hour before tournament games...they may start 1/2 hour early
Bring a positive attitude and a big heart to every game and practice
Prepare your body to Play...Eat properly before during and after games, practices and tournaments
Prepare your mind to play...Get a good nights rest prior to games, practices, and tournaments
Coaches are there to help you...listen to coaches instructions while participating in games, practices, and tournaments
Please respect your coaches on game day...save your comments and questions until an appropriate time...positive comments are of course always welcome at any time
Take pride and care of your home facility...support and cheer for your fellow Excalibur teammates
